Club Navigo Rewards Details of Participation.

Club Navigo Rewards Referral’s purpose is to obtain the names and contact information of prospective purchasers. Any acquired names and contact information may be used for the purpose of soliciting sales of vacation ownership intervals. Such solicitations will only occur in states where Club Navigo is properly registered. Club Navigo Rewards is neither an offer to sell nor a solicitation to purchase anything. This program is offered only to persons subsequent to their purchase of a Club Navigo timeshare interval and is not made as an inducement in connection with the solicitation of a sale.

You should not undertake any solicitation or representation of Club Navigo whatsoever. You may provide us with the names of persons who may be interested in Club Navigo and our licensed representatives will handle the rest. You are not authorized to present, sell, offer to sell or negotiate the sale of real estate. This program is not a contest, a prize or a gift promotion.

Referrals are required to attend a Club Navigo Discovery Tour as part of the discounted vacation offer. All referrals must meet the qualifications of any offer to accept the invitation to attend a Club Navigo Discovery Tour. Club Navigo Rewards is designed for individuals, married and cohabitating couples between the ages of 25-65 with a household income of at least $50,000. If married or cohabitating, both individuals must attend the presentation together. Previous participants, current owners and employees of Club Navigo or any of its subsidiaries are not eligible for this offer.

You must submit your referrals to Club Navigo Rewards prior to their attending the Discovery Tour in order for you to be eligible to receive your Club Navigo Rewards. Notification of a referral tour less than 24 hours before the tour will not qualify for Club Navigo Rewards. In order to receive Club Navigo Rewards toward Club Navigo Annual Maintenance & Tax Assessments (M&T) or monthly mortgage payments, members must be current on mortgage payments and all other monies due Club Navigo. Furthermore any referrals previously registered with Club Navigo Rewards or on the National Do Not Call List are not considered eligible referrals for Club Navigo Rewards or any special bonus programs affiliated with Club Navigo Rewards.

For the first ten referrals submitted, (see requirements above), between 11.1.06 and 12.31.06, you will receive $25 toward your Club Navigo Annual Maintenance & Tax Assessments (M&T).
 
Club Navigo Rewards expire 18 months after the date of issuance. Club Navigo Rewards may be combined in redemption toward M&T or mortgage payments, providing they have not expired.

In the event of a referral being submitted by two different Club Navigo members, the member who submitted the referral first will have precedence and will receive any Club Navigo Rewards earned.

This program is void where prohibited by law and may be terminated or modified at any time with or without notice. Due to the various real estate regulations throughout the United States, if your referrals reside in a state where a Club Navigo property is not registered, we may not be able to offer them an invitation to attend a sales presentation. Residents of the following states are not eligible to participate in this program: Nevada, Oregon and Texas. For residents of New York and New Jersey who participate in Club Navigo Rewards, additional restrictions apply.

Due to the various real estate regulations, the terms and conditions of Club Navigo Rewards may vary by state. Your state of residence as reflected in Club Navigo member files will determine the terms and conditions under which you can participate in Club Navigo Rewards. Address changes for Club Navigo Rewards participation purposes only will not be accepted. Club Navigo Rewards may be subject to tax liability and/or other ancillary charges which may be your responsibility. In the case of fraud or abuse involving Club Navigo Rewards or Rewards use, Club Navigo will have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, and all accrued Club Navigo Rewards will be forfeited and the account canceled. Club Navigo retains the right to change, limit, modify or cancel program rules, regulations, points and reward levels at any time. That includes increasing levels or number of points required for a reward, changing rewards, adding blackout dates and limiting rooms available at any Club Navigo resort. In the event that any of these conditions occur, you may not be able to obtain certain rewards.
